2. Who can enter
- Owners, partners, medical directors, or authorized managers of a legally operating med spa or aesthetic clinic located in the United States (excluding New York and Florida).
- Entrants must be 18 or older and authorized to accept the prize for the business.
- One entry per business. Agencies may not enter on behalf of clients. Our employees, contractors, and their families are not eligible.
3. Dates
The giveaway runs from 12:00:00 AM Pacific Time on September 24, 2026 to 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on September 30, 2026. Late entries are not accepted.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form on the giveaway page at giveaway.visible-authority.com and agree to these rules. Incomplete, false, duplicate, or automated entries are void.
The business questions on the form (such as revenue and budget) only decide whether you qualify for the free audit in Section 7. They do not affect your chances of winning.
5. Prizes
Grand prize (1 winner): A 3-Month AI Search Visibility Sprint, delivered remotely over 3 consecutive months: Month 1, technical fixes (AI crawler access, business information, technical SEO clean-up); Month 2, treatment page content; Month 3, ongoing improvements with monthly AI visibility tracking. Approximate retail value: $6,000.
Runner-up prizes (5 winners): 50% off our standard price for the 3-Month AI Search Visibility Sprint. The discount is valid for 7 days after notification and expires if not used in that time. One per business; cannot be combined with other offers.
What the prize does not include: third-party costs such as website hosting, software, platform fees, or ad spend. The grand prize must be claimed within 7 days of notification, and the winner must provide timely access to their website and business listings. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. We may substitute a service of equal or greater value.
No guaranteed results: We do not guarantee any specific ranking, placement, or recommendation on ChatGPT, Google, or any other platform, or any number of new clients. Individual results vary.
6. How winners are chosen
On or about October 2, 2026, we will randomly draw 1 grand prize winner and 5 runner-up winners from all eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
One winner per city. We work with one med spa per city, so no more than one winner (grand prize or runner-up) will be selected from the same city. If a drawn entry is from a city that already has a winner, it will be set aside and another entry drawn.
Winners are notified by the email used to enter. The grand prize winner must reply within 7 days to claim the prize, and runner-ups must use their discount within 7 days. If the grand prize winner doesn't reply in time or is ineligible, we will draw an alternate winner.
7. Free audit (not a prize)
Entrants whose businesses meet our criteria also receive a free 14-page AI Search Lead Leak Audit. The audit is a separate free offer and has no effect on the odds of winning.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply to their prize.
9. Winner announcements
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees we may announce the winning business's name, city, and state. Any testimonial, case study, or results we share will only be used with the winner's separate written permission.
10. Privacy
We use entry information to run the giveaway, send the free audit, and contact entrants about our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Text messages are only sent to entrants who opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
11. General
We may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, uses fake or duplicate entries, or breaks these rules. If the giveaway can't run as planned due to technical problems, fraud, or other causes outside our control, we may modify, suspend, or cancel it. By entering, you release VisibleAuthority from liability related to the giveaway or use of any prize, to the extent permitted by law. Questions or disputes should first be sent to hello@visible-authority.com, and we will work in good faith to resolve them.
